BEGIN WHERE YOU ARE.

We follow twelve spiritual practices over the course of a year, but you don't need to start with the first one—or catch up on anything you've missed.

There's no entrance exam, no registration, and definitely no homework. You don't need to belong to a church, or even be certain what you believe.

Come any week we're gathering. Bring your questions, your curiosity, or simply yourself. No matter who you are or where you are, we'll make room at the table.

How it works

Come curious. Bring your questions. There is room at the table.

Every Catacombs gathering follows the pattern of the earliest Christian communities:

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.”

Acts 2:42 (NRSV)

Rather than functioning primarily as a Bible study or lecture, each meeting weaves together worship, learning, friendship, contemplation, and service into a single experience of Christian formation.

  • Plate with a fork and knife

    Shared Meal

We begin around a common table, remembering that discipleship is formed through relationships as well as ideas.

  • Two hands folded in prayer with rays above

    Prayer & Liturgy

Through Scripture, silence, prayer, music, and communal worship, we turn our attention from the noise of everyday life toward the presence of God.

  • Two overlapping conversation bubbles

    Teaching & Discussion

Each month centers on one spiritual practice drawn from the life and teachings of Jesus. Together we wrestle honestly with Scripture and our own experience, believing that growth often begins where certainty ends.

  • Two people gathered beneath a cross

    Testimony & Practice

Members share how God has been at work through the previous week’s practice before embodying the month’s teaching through prayer, mercy, contemplation, service, or artistic expression.

  • A hand offering a heart

    Service

Every gathering points outward. We leave asking one question:

How will we practice what Jesus has taught us this week?
